❓How long will my shift be?

👉For the Friday evening 5K, the shift will run 5:30p – 8 pm(ish). For Saturday morning’s 10K/10M, the shift runs 6 am – 9:30 am(ish). If you are working packet pickup/registration, we have Thursday (evening), Friday (day) and Saturday (before the sunrise) shifts available. Exact times will be listed within our sign-up portal.

❓What should I wear that day?

👉Depending upon your role, you will be issued an exclusive VolRUNteer shirt (unisex sizing). A highly visible color has been selected so that you will stand out among the crowd. Please make sure you wear this shirt during your shift and that it is visible, should you need to dress in layers.

❓Can I receive credit for these volunteer hours for my school?
👉Absolutely! Just bring whatever you need signing for our volunteer coordinator to sign off on.

❓How do I know what I have been assigned to do?

👉We try our best to accommodate your request, so watch for our “emails of details”.

👉Please plan to CHECK IN with us at See Dick Run either Thursday evening or Friday morning to receive your assignment and your AWESOME VolRUNteer shirt!

👉Thursday 5-7 pm (preferred time so everything is set by race time)

👉Friday 11am-5 pm
