Get ready to finish the summer strong with a FREE High Fitness class! Join Miss April this Tuesday, July 7th at 9 a.m. at Dance Works for the LAST High Fitness class of the summer. To celebrate the very first session of offering High Fitness, this class will be a low-impact version – perfect for absolutely everyone! Don’t miss out on the fun and the chance to try it out for free!

We’re bursting with pride for our incredible dancer, Alina, who just wrapped up her first week at the Texas Ballet Theater intensive! She shared “It was so much fun and so incredibly challenging. I dance for 5 to 7 hours every day Monday through Saturday... I have several teachers as the goal is to learn ballet from as many people as possible in as many ways as possible so I can get a really full and deep understanding of ballet which is so wonderful. All my teachers are amazing.” We miss you, Alina, and can’t wait to see more! ✨
