The Northern Renegades Sprint Car Series join us this Sunday, June 14th here at Bemidji Speedway for Thrivent and Lakes Area Heroes Night!

We will feature WISSOTA Super Stocks, Street Stocks, Mod Fours, Pure Stocks, Hornets and Bemidji Mini Stocks with a 5pm start time.

🏁 The Northern Renegades are gearing up for another exciting night at the Grand Rapids Speedway! 🏁

The pit area is starting to fill up, more cars are rolling in, and it’s shaping up to be a great night of racing. Now we’re just hoping Mother Nature cooperates and lets us get the show in!

If you’ve been waiting for a reason to get out of the house, this is it. Come support the drivers, crews, sponsors, and everyone who helps make local racing possible. There’s nothing quite like the sights, sounds, and excitement of dirt track racing under the lights.

Results from the North Dakota non-wing nationals, 8/30-8/31.

Night 1:
Heat 5-5
Feature 2-3
This locked Danny into the A main for Sundays feature

Night 2:
Danny raced a Dash race to determine his starting position in the feature. He placed 5th, starting him in 9th for the A main
Feature 9-9

Saturdays feature was a highlight for Danny. He started in the outside pole position, taking the lead from the start. He had a commanding lead for the first 10 or so laps. After a couple cautions bunched the racers back together, another driver got around him on the restart putting him in the second place position. After trying to find a new line, he was passed by another driver, ending the race in 3rd.

Mariah #17
Night 1:
Heat 7-7
Feature 13-13

Night 2:
Mariah raced in the last chance qualifier where the top 4 cars will transfer to the A main. She placed 8th, placing her into the B main feature.
Feature 8-7

Mariah had a great weekend, clearly showing her comfortability in the car. Going out for hot laps on Sunday, she was runing the high side, rippin the lip like the big dogs!

Zach
Night 1:
Heat 4-1 🏁

This locked Zach into the A main for Sundays feature

Night 2:
Zach raced a Dash race to determine his starting position in the feature. He moved up one spot placing 3rd, starting him in 5th for the A main.
Feature 5-6

Zach’s Saturday highlight was his big heat win! Starting in the fourth place position, he meticulously worked his way to first place and won by a landslide! The Sunday A main was also a highlight for Zach’s weekend of racing. He quickly worked his way to 3rd and spent most of the race holding this position. After a slight hiccup on the last lap, he dropped back placing 6th.

It was a fun and exciting weekend with the Western Renegade Non-Wing Sprintcar Series at the North Dakota Non-Wing Nationals. Thank you to everyone for putting on great shows and to Myles for orchestrating this event!

This weekend wraps up our 2025 non-wing season. We can’t say thank you enough to all of our supporters. We truly couldn’t do it without you!

This race wraps up our regular non-wing season!
The team is headed to Devils Lake Speedway this coming weekend, 8/30-8/31 for non wing nationals with the Western Renegades; and then to Gondik Law Speedway on 9/4 for one last wing race to wrap up the season.
