We had 10 MHSAA Certified Officials representing the West Region at the MYWAY State Championships this weekend 💪

4:30-4:45 registration

4:45-6:00 Grind Session

6:00-7:00 Weigh-ins

$20 cash only per wrestler.

MYWAY State Finals weigh-in sites.

You may weigh-in at any site. It does not need to be located within your region.

West Michigan Pursuit will be hosting a pre weigh-in grind from 4:30-5:45 at Cedar Springs High School. Cost is $20 per wrestler. More info and flyer to come soon!

Unfortunately, due to low registration numbers we will be cancelling our Novice Championship this Sunday. Anyone who has registered will receive a refund.

We encourage you to register for one of the other tournaments in another region if you would like to wrestle still!

We are looking for the coach who has made the biggest impact on their club wrestlers during the 2025-26 season. Fill out the form attached to vote.

Voting will end on Friday 3/20 at 11:59 pm.

West Region Coach of the Year The voting is OPEN! Take a moment to enter your favorite coach with a brief description of why. From will be open until 3/20 at 11:59 pm. The vote will then go to the MYWAY West Region Board for a final tally. Coach will be announced on Monday 3/23.

🚨 IMPORTANT REGIONAL TOURNAMENT REMINDER 🚨

Registration closes Wednesday at 10:00 PM — NOT Thursday.
Registration is open now. Don’t wait until the last minute.

Weight Class & Weigh-Ins
• You will wrestle at the weight you make at the scale. There is no allowance.
• No weight audits on Sunday due to Friday weigh-ins.
• Wrestlers may bump up one weight class (not age group) at weigh-ins. Notify the director of your weigh-in site, and they will contact the Regional Director. Once the bump is chosen, you are locked in for the regional and state tournament.
• All changes must be made during weigh-ins. No changes after leaving the weigh-in area.

Eligibility Requirements

Youth Division (OPEN MYWAY Regionals & States)
• Must have 2 regular-season INDIVIDUAL events.
• Duals do not count.
• Events can be any location, weight class, or division (open/novice /girls).

High School Wrestlers
• No event requirement.

MYWAY Girls State Division
• No prior event requirement.

Region
• Wrestlers must compete in the region they are registered in.

Weigh-In Process
• Must weigh in wearing a singlet OR shorts and a T-shirt.
• One-step weigh-in: one step on the scale

ABSOLUTELY NO ON-SITE WEIGHT CUTTING WILL BE PERMITTED!

No late weigh-in, on-site or any other options will be offered. You must weigh-in at one of YOUR regions weigh-in sites.

Brackets are posted for the Meijer State Games!
