They say running is the closest thing to flying….

And the truth is you basically never have 2 feet on the ground at one time. Which means you are ALWAYS on one foot or quite literally floating.

So if you’re training, specifically strength training, isn’t loaded with single leg movements, you’re missing out on some serious gains.
