Another 8 week Muay Thai program starts on Tuesday, October 6th! Details and the registration form can be found at www.10pgp.com/women

This program is perfect for beginners who are unsure if they are ready to jump into the regular classes and want to see what Muay Thai is all about first. This will be our 3rd time running this program and each time around the mats have been packed with students who are learning a ton and building new relationships at the same time.

No experience necessary, but experienced practitioners are welcome to sign up and brush up on your fundamentals.

The cost is $140 for the 8 week program, and pricing is prorated if you join after the first class.

New rashguards open for pre-order! This will end on October 1st, and we won't be ordering extra for the merch rack, so pre-order if you want one. These rashguards are adult sizes only, but we will have a non-ranked version available at the gym in a few weeks that will come in youth and adult sizes.

If paying with cashapp or venmo, please include your size and rank choices in the memo. Cash is also accepted at the gym.

Great work tonight from Fallon and Tony! These guys put in a lot of work to get ready for their first boxing matches tonight, and we've added another belt for the boxing crew at 10PGP 🥊 it takes a lot just to step into the ring, so shout out to both of them for doing it.

Amanda Loewen is coming to 10th Planet Grants Pass!

Amanda is a 3rd-degree black belt and Oregon’s first female black belt. She is a highly skilled grappler with numerous wins in competition and years of experience competing, training, and teaching.

If you've never had the privilege of learning from Amanda, you don't want to miss out on this. She is great at breaking down the technique in a way that makes sense to everyone, and the details she shares are things grapplers at any level can incorporate into their own jiu jitsu.

Join us Saturday, October 3rd from 5–7 PM to learn from one of the best.
