Welcome back Instructor, and former Green Bay Rocker, Mack Crowley‼️⚾️

Born in Green Bay and attended Ashwaubenon High School graduating in 2022. Received All Conference honors for pitcher/ utility infielder. After graduation, I began my college baseball career at Minnesota State as a starting pitcher. I will be entering my 3rd year as a starting pitcher this spring.

Pitched in the 2025 season going 8-0 with a 3.76 ERA and struck out 39 with 13 walks. Helped the Mavericks to a 51-8 overall record, the best record in program history. Selected All-Conference and CSC Academic All-District for academic and athletic excellence. Pitched 3 summers in the Northwoods league. Including the Mankato Moondogs in 2023 (29.0 innings pitched, 2.48 ERA, received All-Star game votes), and Green Bay Rockers in 2024 and 2025.

I have had many opportunities in my baseball career to instruct/mentor in youth baseball clinics over the years and have really enjoyed it. In my lessons, I will focus on fundamentals, proper mechanics, injury prevention, and mental approaches, all specifically tailored to age. I can use my knowledge and passion for the game to provide tools and strategies for development that can help reach your baseball goals. I am also able to teach pitching fielding /defense and general fielding/ defense

Growing up in Brown Deer, Wisconsin, I developed a passion for baseball early on. My baseball journey began when I was drafted by the Milwaukee Brewers in the 34th round of the 2010 MLB Draft. Opting to further my development, I chose to attend Wabash Valley College, a junior college, from 2010 to 2012.

After my sophomore season, I earned a scholarship to the University of Southern Mississippi, where I played from 2012 to 2014. My performance during my senior year culminated in being selected in the 24th round of the 2014 MLB Draft by the Toronto Blue Jays.

Over the course of my career, I progressed through the minor league system, showcasing my skills and dedication. I played at the AAA level with the Toronto Blue Jays and Colorado Rockies from 2018 to 2021. I played for the Lake Country Dockhounds in 2023 after recovering from Tommy John surgery.

Since then I have retired and taken on coaching and instructional roles, sharing my knowledge and passion for the game with aspiring players.

Emma played her first two years of college at Juco Division 2 Rock Valley. Her sophomore season against Division 1 teams in the fall of 2023 she batted .500 with an on-base percentage of .578 in 40 at bats. She was named to the 1st-Team All Region and recorded the team’s first National Gold Glove in program history from the NFCA at first base.

This past two years she’s played Division 1 softball at the University of Wisconsin Green Bay. This past year she recorded an average of .356 in 59 at bats along with slugging percentage of .599. She also hit 7 home runs.

Emma is excited to work at The Bassball Cages as an instructor for hitting and fielding (both infield and outfield). She has prior experience as a coach and instructor. She plans to get into coaching after getting her Master’s and finishing her playing career at D1 Lindenwood University. She looks forward to working with all age groups and excited to be a part of each athlete’s journey!!
