Please welcome our new staff member..... Miss Ella Pierce

My name is Ella, and I am so excited to be teaching at Pizazz Studio! I started dancing at Pizazz when I was 8 years old and recently graduated from Ave Maria University, where I danced competitively and served as captain of the dance team for 2 years. In 2025, I won 3rd Team All-American in NAIA competitive dance. I love all styles of dance and I am so excited to start teaching at the studio where I grew up dancing!

As I look back on this extraordinary weekend, I'm overwhelmed with gratitude for the incredible community that's supported Pizazz Dance Studio. At the heart of it all is my phenomenal staff - Ms. Christina, Ms. Becky, Ms. Nicky, and Miss Ally - your dedication, passion, and love shine brighter than any spotlight. You all are the rhythm that makes our studio pulse, and I'm forever grateful for another year of making magic happen together. You're not just my team; you're my rock, my inspiration, and my friends. I'm blessed to have you by my side. To Shaddai and her family, Lara and her family, Beth and her family, your kindness and generosity have touched my heart in ways you may never know. Your support means the world to me. To my amazing family, who put up with my dance-filled chaos and still manage to cheer me on thank you for being my pillars of strength and love. Jason, your unwavering support and love empower me to chase my dreams, and I'm forever grateful for you. A monumental shout-out to DJ Andre Miller, whose talent and enthusiasm electrify our recitals, and to his amazing wife, my cousin and best friend, Brittany your contributions to Pizazz go far beyond words. You've not only danced and taught with us but have been a pillar of support and understanding. To my graduating seniors, as you close this chapter and take your final bow, remember that you'll always be part of the Pizazz family. Your journey has been nothing short of transformative, and I have no doubt you'll reach for the stars and achieve greatness. You've grown into remarkable young women, and we'll be cheering you on every step of the way. To every dancer who's ever stepped onto our stage or walked through our doors, you've taught me that dance isn't just about movement it's about life, passion, and the pursuit of excellence. Your hard work and dedication inspire me daily. Thank you to the parents who've trusted me with your children's dreams. As we look forward to celebrating our 10-year anniversary, get ready for an exciting new chapter. We'll be unveiling some amazing changes this August, and I invite you all to join us for our grand reopening.
