Celebrating Luna today, as she's been with us 1 year now! She was the best early Christmas present I could ever wish for 💖 She is the sweetest most gentle horse in the barn!

Did you know: Horses LOVE to get their hair brushed? It feels so good to them, sometimes they'll close their eyes and fall asleep! They have such thick tough skin, that it doesn't hurt them when they have tangles. I like to tell my girls, think of how strong Luna is next time mom brushes your hair! 😅

A couple great ideas for Christmas if your little one rides with us at Sassy Stables! Their own riding helmet (any brand will do, we like Ovation or Troxel) Some riding gloves (Dover Saddlery has some good pricing) 🧤 We do strongly encourage gloves with the winter months coming up! 👍

What a cute "Mini Experience" this little one had with our sweet Gypsy! We couldn't get enough of her tiny riding breeches, at only 3 years old too! 🥰

Silly Saturday! 🤪 Our "Mommy and Me" package is a lot of fun. You'll both get to ride together in our beautiful mountain view arena, and photos are taken throughout your experience. What great memories!

The horses are getting fuzzy! 🧥 Every winter they grow a thick coat, to help keep them warm in the coming winter months. Sonya's fur is the softest of them all though, like velvet!

Every few weeks, we travel down with the horses to visit Minds in Motion Learning Center in Taylors 🚸 We love the excitement it brings the kids to get to ride a horse! Does your daycare center have some green space? Send us a message because we'd love to get you on our schedule too!
