We had an amazing time shooting an episode with FishingFarmer2024.
Carrie kept me on my toes all day long.
Jon, Carrie meet Kevin Rivers years ago and they were st****er fishing with him at Beaver Lake and decided to come visit Grand Lake and fight their first paddlefish!

Steve received a gift certificate from his Lovely Wife and family for being the husband and father of the year. 🥰😂🎣🐳❤️🏆🤷‍♀️
As we well know this time of year catching catfish can be difficult.
You can also go from zero to hero and that’s what happened today! Changing of the lake, water temperatures, conditions and weather will keep you on your toes until they settle into the complete winter pattern.
On our first couple anchors, the bite was obsolete in shallow water.
So we decided to make a move back out to the deeper water on the river channel ledge and it was game on.
Every time we thought it was time to move we would catch two or three more fish so this turned in to a great day for a couple hours of catching on just one anchor.

An other fun trip with Matt and Autumn on a meat run!
This was Autumn’s first time catching paddlefish and I believe we created a new monster!
Matt’s first fish buried it bill in the mud and wouldn’t come out!
Never know what these silly fish are going to do….

Fun time setting up at the SeaArk Boats Dealership meeting and helping SmackDown Catfishing.
Peter and myself had a great time moving more Smackdown products all over the country!
Easy to sell a product you have tested and believe in!

Fun meeting people from all over the country and talking about boats and fishing while making new friendship’s along the way.

Amazing how many people never heard of Paddlefish, glad I can share my 36 years experience of catching and learning about them with others!

Time to get back home and see the family and get back on the water!

Finally feels like fall. 38° this morning with a high of 65 degrees with a light north wind and water temp went from 80° to 67.1°. Beautiful day to have both Sea Ark boats on the water.

Fun time with Pastor Mike and guys! We did more catching up and visiting than we did catching…
Lol We caught a lot of fish in between fun conversations sharing our testimonies that are close to the same.
Building friendships and making memories is what sets us apart for repeat customers!

Good thing about being a multi species guide service, when catfish are being tough just switch to catching crappie.

Ryker crew was booked for catfish but after being honest with them they switched up and put some grand lake on the table.

We appreciate you guys trusting us and switching up to make this morning a great excursion!

Catching Paddlefish is fun for all ages!!!!
Here is a photo dump of the last couple snagging excursions!
The unseasonable warm water temperatures have kept the Paddlefish shallow and easy to hook up on!
We had 80 degrees water temperature in the river yesterday catfishing.
Catfishing the past couple days have been tight lipped for us.
We are looking forward to the forecast of cooler temperatures to kick it back in gear!
