Sophia is in 4th grade and races in Senior Honda and Light 160 quarter midgets!

11/01/2026

The trailer is parked for the winter and that’s a wrap on our 2026 season! We want to thank all of our family and friends for your support this year. It means a lot to Sophia to have a village of people cheering her on. We want to give special thanks to our number one pit boss pap Vince Bobetich for always showing up and getting our cars running. We want to recognize our lead pit mechanic dad DV Bobetich for all of the work he put in week after week. No one can appreciate how much goes into getting these cars racing each week like a QM parent can, but we see it and we appreciate it.

Special shout out to our sponsors who believe in us. We say it every week, but we really mean it. Without you we would have never been able to do it this season

✨meet the crew✨

This is Maizey. She is our team’s #1 motivator, consoler on bad days, and bone inspector. She provides a head to pet and face to love on for all of the kids at the track. She’s a busy girl but always finds time to look for treats or beg for a bite of a hotdog.

It’s race day!! We are running in the “dirty boots down and dirty shoot out” today. It’s likely going to be a long day so feel free to stop out at the Hagerstown Speedway and say hi! The kids love spectators and it’s free!!

Thank you to our sponsors who allow us to do this each year. Words truly can’t express how grateful we’ve been for your help.

✨✨race recap✨✨

Sophia ran hard today. Heats got inverted for features. In senior Honda Sophia was up to second and got put to the back for chopping. She managed to make it all of the way back up to 3rd place in the laps she had remaining and took 3rd for senior Honda feature. In light 160 she ran her heart out and finished 3rd in the feature. Two 3rd place finishes to round out the day. We are so proud of how far she’s come.

Special thanks to our sponsors for believing in our girl!

Know a kid who may be interested in racing quarter midgets? Now is their chance to try it out! Bring them to our yearly arrive and drive so they can try their hand at driving a real quarter midget! Beware! This is how we got hooked!
