Ladies, here’s your sign to try a Jiu Jitsu class at our Ladies ONLY BJJ class led by Coach Felice.

Coach Felice is an avid BJJ competitor and dedicated coach here at Crest. She is a BJJ Purple Belt, former D1 Collegiate Gymnast, Marine Corps Veteran, wife & mother.

This is your chance to train with other like-minded women and challenge yourself. You will find a community here at Crest that is welcoming and encouraging.

This is a Gi class, if you don’t have one, no worries, we will loan you one! Have kids? Bring them! We are a family gym and don’t mind having kids playing on the sidelines during our classes.

You asked, we answered! Drill and Review is a one-hour class dedicated to revisiting the week’s techniques through partner drilling and resistance practice. Slow down, sharpen your details, and build the confidence to use what you’ve learned in live rolls and competition.

This class is led by Coach Kyle, Crest BJJ Brown Belt, an incredible coach and competitor. Don’t miss your opportunity to refine your skills and reinforce techniques that were taught earlier in the week.

This class is open to any of our adult members and it takes place every Saturday at 8:00am. 9am Open Mat directly follows and that is open for anyone to attend.

We had a small group of warriors compete at the Tap Cancer Out comp in Raleigh, NC today and they all did an incredible job!

Ty earned gold in his division and Amy & Adrianne earned silver in theirs!
