Dancing Davis Studios

To my wonderful dance community, family, and friends,
After 34 years of sharing the joy of music and movement, in and around the Carolinas, I am writing to share some bittersweet news. Dancing Davis Studios will officially be closing its doors in September of this year.
Teaching dance and building dance communities has been one of the greatest privileges of my life. Every spin, every connection, every step, and every smile shared on our dance floor has made this studio a truly special home. I am deeply, profoundly grateful for every student, couple, and friend who has walked through our doors over the years. You made this space what it was.
While this chapter is coming to a close, our time together isn't over just yet! I will continue teaching and hosting dance events throughout August and some of September, and I would love nothing more than to share a few final dances with all of you before we say goodbye.

Thank you all for your support, your passion, and for letting me play some small part in your dance journey. Let’s make this final month together one to remember!

Our Sunday workshops at studio collective are canceled today and next week. That’s no class on May 17th and 24th. We will resume regular scheduled classes on May 31st.

We had so much fun hosting the west coast swing practice session last night at Dancing Davis Studios. Some pics of the merriment shared. Lots of folks dancing and good vibrations were felt. Next practice session here happens on Wednesday May 27th 7pm-9pm, mark your calendars you will not want to miss it. Thank you to all you that came out.
