Creativity and curiosity come together at the public library AND in ~c u r r e n t s~, HDC's latest show! Featuring original choreography performed by local artists, this performance is for all! With four chances to join us, including a "pay what you can" option on Sunday, we hope to see all our friends, neighbors, and community members on October 9,10, and(or!) 11! Thanks to support from The Community Foundation of Harrisonburg and Rockingham County, HDC's systems and software upgrade earlier this year is making it easier for students to register for classes, and simpler for our all-volunteer staff to keep our local arts nonprofit dancing along smoothly 🧑‍🩰😘🤸

It's nearly First Friday again! Join HDC for an open dance rehearsal (drop by to see our show taking shape!) at 5:30, then join the dance with Eleanor for Folk Dance Friday! Free (shoeless!) social dancing for folks of all ages, 6:30-8pm!

Ballet curious? HDC offers three levels of ballet:
✅Absolute Beginner (no clue about dance? some experience but want a refresher? perfect for any level!)
✅Open Levels (some experience, long ago experience, I know the positions...)
✅Advanced (done this for a bit, looking for a friendly challenge, curious to work on my expression)
