We’re looking for a strong leader who can run and grow a department! As our Child Care Director, you’ll oversee the big picture of our child care programs, leading staff, managing operations and budgets, improving processes, building partnerships, and helping shape the future of child care at the YMCA!

"Our family is deeply grateful for the YMCA Early Childhood Development Center and the profound impact it has had on our son and daughter. Through its high quality programs and compassionate teachers, the YMCA has given our children a safe and loving place to learn, grow, build confidence and thrive.

As parents, the YMCA gives us peace of mind knowing our children are cared for, encouraged and surrounded by people who truly believe in them. The support they receive has made a meaningful difference in their lives while helping our family manage the demands of work and everyday life.

Last fall, during an especially difficult time for our family, the teachers and Director went above and beyond to ensure our children felt safe, happy and supported. We will never forget their kindness and care. There are truly no words to express how grateful we are to have had them in our lives during that time.

The YMCA has become so much more than a place for our children - it has become a community that supports and cares for our entire family.
