Southern Hills Golf Club is looking for additional Part-Time Golf Operations Staff to help at our front desk during weekend and evening hours.

This is a customer-service-focused position that works directly with our members and guests while helping keep the daily golf operation running smoothly. You don't need to be a golf expert, but you do need to be comfortable with computers, talking with people, and learning new systems.

Responsibilities Include:

Answering incoming phone calls and assisting customers
Scheduling and managing tee times
Checking in golfers and answering questions
Restocking and organizing pro shop merchandise
Keeping the front desk and pro shop clean and presentable
Learning and utilizing our golf management software
Learning Golf Genius for leagues, tournaments, and events
Assisting with basic social media posts and golf club promotions
Helping with other golf operations tasks as needed

What We’re Looking For:

Friendly and comfortable interacting with customers
Dependable and professional
Strong attention to detail
Comfortable using computers and learning new software
Able to multitask in a sometimes busy environment
Comfortable answering phones and communicating clearly
Interest in golf is a plus, but previous golf experience is not required
Availability to work part-time evening hours and some weekends

We will provide training on our golf software, Golf Genius, and day-to-day operations. We're looking for someone who is willing to learn, takes initiative, and can be trusted to take care of our members and guests.

This is a great part-time opportunity for someone interested in golf, customer service, social media, or sports management.

Southern Hills Golf Club – Outside Services Attendant
Southern Hills Golf Club is looking for a dependable, hard-working individual to join our team as a Part-Time Outside Services Attendant.

This position plays an important role in keeping our golf operation organized, clean, and ready for our members and guests. We’re looking for someone who takes pride in doing things the right way and can work independently without needing to be constantly reminded what needs to be done.

Responsibilities Include:
• Cleaning and preparing golf carts for members and guests
• Reparking and organizing carts properly after use
• Picking and maintaining the driving range
• Keeping the cart area and outside service areas clean and organized
• Restocking beverages and other supplies
• Assisting golfers with carts and equipment when needed
• Helping the golf staff with other day-to-day tasks
What We’re Looking For:
• Strong attention to detail
• Dependable and able to show up on time
• Willing to work evenings and weekends
• Able to work independently and stay productive
• Comfortable working outdoors and performing physical tasks
• Friendly and respectful when interacting with members and guests
• Must have reliable fall availability and not be participating in a fall sport
Golf knowledge is helpful, but not required. We can teach you the golf side of the job. We’re more interested in finding someone who is dependable, pays attention, and takes pride in their work.
