I’ve been meaning to post these since January and I’m finally getting a moment to slow down enough to share some photos from our Rooted Together: Evergreen Staff Retreat on 1/11/26 🌲
This day was really special to me. It was not only our year-end celebration to honor our team, but also a chance to intentionally pause after a season of so much change. Since moving into our new space in August and welcoming several new people onto the team, everything has been growing so quickly. In the best way, but still quickly. I kept feeling like we needed time to just be together, breathe, and really plant our roots here. That’s where the idea for Rooted Together came from 🌱
I also love that our retreat landed on 1/11 — a date that numerically symbolizes new beginnings, alignment, and planting intentions ✨ It felt perfect for a day dedicated to connection, reflection, and grounding ourselves as a team.
We spent the afternoon sharing in circle, eating a nourishing lunch togetherprovided by filling the space with an energy practice led by while and provided reiki to each of us, experiencing a group hypnotherapysession led by taking photos, laughing, reflecting, and ending the day with a toast. It felt like exactly what we all needed.
Looking around Evergreen, I feel so extremely grateful — for the people who have been here, and for those who joined more recently and already feel like such a natural part of our team. Watching our space grow, not just physically but as a community, leaves me feeling all the feels. This retreat reminded me that what we’re building here isn’t just a workplace — it’s a community, and that’s something I never take for granted🙏🏻
If you’re part of Evergreen in any way, thank you from the bottom of my heart. Our community, like an evergreen tree, keeps growing, deepening its roots and branching out, and I can’t wait to share all the exciting workshops, collaborations, events, and holistic healers joining us — stay tuned!!
💚,
Alexis
