We had a great turnout for our 1st Car & Motorcycle night. Planning on hosting one every 1st Friday of each month until it’s too cold. We had a prize wheel and registered 12 people for free classes at Hendokickoxing

We are so proud of Bella. After suffering from a horrible car accident exactly one year ago she came back to Hendokickboxing with a vengeance in January this year. She’s now an instructor for our preschooler class and an assistant instructor in our Kids Kickboxing class.

Master Buck Grant comes down from the Department of War’s Navy SEALS HQ to train locals in Western North Carolina twice a year. Once in the spring and the weekend before Halloween in Hendersonville at Chimney Rock Park Pavilion and Hendokickboxing.
