Friends of the Oklawaha Greenway, our charity partner for the Black Bear Half Marathon & 8K presented by Hunter Subaru, recently donated $2,000 toward the building of the Clear Creek Greenway. Those funds were made possible through the generosity of our race participants.

We are so grateful for everyone who participates in our events and helps make moments like this possible. Together, we are creating more than race-day memories. We are helping build a healthier, more connected Western North Carolina.

Our friends at Jus' Running are offering a supportive 10-week program that is built for beginner and intermediate runners who want expert guidance, steady progress, and a welcoming community by their side.

All paces are welcome, and every run is designed to be safe, encouraging, and judgment-free.
