She speaks publicly on the method she created to address PTSD and encourages everyone to share these simple steps with anyone who is still suffering:
Write The Trauma Process™
1. Relate to what's real about your trauma.
3. Interrupt the internal, incessant chatter about your trauma.
4. Tell your story to people who have earned your trust.
5. Embody the experience with exercise, theater games, therapy, brain training, sensory stimulation, and more. #WriteTheTrauma

🏔️ New Video: 360° Teton Views at Grand Targhee
Our third video of the weekend is now live! We don't usually publish three long-form videos in one weekend, but this adventure was too good to wait.
360° Teton views, alpine wildflowers, lingering snowfields, and one unforgettable day at Grand Targhee. 🚵❄️
This adventure reminded us that sometimes the best part of the ride is simply stopping to take it all in.
If you enjoy traveling with us, please like, subscribe, and share. Want to help FUNd our fuel and keep these adventures rolling? Join the Rebel Revel family at TheRebelRevel.com.
🐺 Sled Dog-a-Palooza!
Weekend video #2 is here!
Join us for a few unforgettable days in the Tetons as Iris enjoys Sled Dog-a-Palooza with a pack of huskies (including a half-wolf), we find beautiful dispersed camping, ride Grand Targhee's Gravity Park, tackle a mountain bike flat, cool off with a cold plunge, and cook an easy one-pot van life dinner.
Sometimes the best adventures begin when the original plan falls apart.
Our latest YouTube video starts with the breathtaking views of Buffalo Bill Reservoir, takes us through Yellowstone National Park, and into Grand Teton National Park before we run into an unexpected challenge: finding a campsite.
It felt like The Hunger Games around Spread Creek. 😅
Instead of giving up, we pivoted... and discovered a place that reminded us why flexibility is one of the greatest skills in van life.
This year, each quarter I pause to celebrate what our team has accomplished together.
This Q2 bingo card represents hundreds of pitches, follow ups, strategy sessions, media trainings, deadlines, and relationships built over years. It also represents clients who trusted us to tell their stories.
I'm incredibly proud of our Wasabi Publicity, Inc. team. Every interview, article, podcast, and television appearance happened because someone on this team cared enough to keep going, even when the first "no" wasn't the last answer.
Thank you to our clients for trusting us with your message and to our team for showing up every day with creativity, persistence, and heart.
On to Q3. 🚀

❄️ Snow in July, breathtaking views, and a journey across historic Medicine Wheel Pass. Adventure is about more than where you go. It's how you experience it.
🫎 Yesterday's adventure was all about a moose wandering through our campsite.
Today's adventure? Slowing down.
Our newest YouTube video is now live, and we're inviting you to ride shotgun for a cozy zero day in Wyoming's Bighorn Mountains. We stayed put, cooked every meal in one Instant Pot, conserved water and power while boondocking, and shared what everyday life on the road really looks like.
Sometimes the best adventures aren't found by driving farther. They're found by slowing down and appreciating where you already are.
