Muay Thai Women’s Empowerment Group

After seeing my husband fall in love with Brazilian Jiu Jitsu.. seeing him elevate himself in so many ways in his life as he’s practiced for almost 7 years… watching MMA with him… seeing the strength and beauty of the women fighters… understanding how I need to smooth my rough edges but accepting in my 40s to never negate my power.. I’ve fallen in love with Muay Thai (in only 2 weeks). I’m a warrior in mind (and pretty athletic in my body)… but to take time to let that explode in a safe environment, through a trainer I know personally, a trainer who is a true professional … it’s elevating and empowering. I want to share this with other women.

A class is an hour. Every Friday 4:30-5:30. Yoga class to follow (optional) Protected with gear, no hits, no sparring, no takedowns. All body types, all physical levels benefit. It’s community.
