Happy Halloween from all of us at APF 🎃

Our facility is closed today, but if you're looking for something fun to celebrate the occasion the doors are open at Diamond Plate Pub & Eatery. Grab a bite before or after your trick or treat, challenge your friends to a game of zombie dodgeball on the multi-sport simulators, or bring in the fam to burn off some of that candy fueled chaos on the duckpin bowling lanes.

The restaurant sits right inside APF so you know where to find us.

SCARED HITLESS CHAMPIONS 🏆

Coach Fortin’s 14U team puts in the work here at our facility day in and day out, this weekend that hard work paid off!

It’s the hours in practice, the extra reps they take in our classes, and the time these families spend together that makes all the difference.

Great weekend for Flash Baseball ⚡️and a big win for this team. Congrats!

STAY SHARP IN THE SAND

D1 athletes don’t hibernate when the temperature starts to drop, and neither should you.

In between practice schedules, fall breaks, holiday break, where you put in serious work, you earn serious outcomes.

Training in the sand isn’t just a change of environment, it’s elite prep:

▪️Reduced joint impact
▪️Increased resistance for strength & power
▪️Improved balance, speed, and explosiveness

As athletes settle into the fall grind, now’s the moment to sharpen your edge. Whether you’re chasing a roster spot or refusing to take a season off, the work continues.

Don’t just train hard. Train smart. Train in the SAND.
