Thank you to the Cape Gazette for highlighting our recent ribbon cutting and celebration of Hudson Fields as the new home of Delaware FC South!

We’re excited for what’s ahead as we continue to grow the game and our DEFC community in Sussex County.

Driving by Hudson Fields on Route 1, one may notice the sign indicating a partnership between the local facility and Delaware Football Club, but they may not notice the newly installed Bermuda grass fields set for use this fall. This October, Delaware Football Club will use the game we love to support a cause that touches so many lives.

Every Delaware FC travel player will take the field in pink during home games as a visible reminder that we're playing for something bigger than soccer.

Alongside wearing pink, our players are fundraising for the Breast Cancer Research Foundation (BCRF), helping fund groundbreaking research into the prevention and treatment of breast cancer. Across North, Central, and South, our club will also come together through local Breast Cancer Awareness events that unite our players, families, and communities around one shared mission.

This is more than a club initiative—it's a chance to lead with heart, give back, and show what Delaware FC stands for.
