We are a youth recreation game day and competitive cheer program for grades K-8th for John Jay HS in Wappingers CSD.

Over the past several months, Southern Dutchess Patriots Cheer has been collecting baking supplies to donate to Sparrow's Nest, an incredible local organization. These donations will help make pies to be sold, with proceeds supporting their mission of providing meals to families facing a cancer diagnosis this holiday season. 🥧❤️

We had the honor of meeting with Krista from Sparrow’s Nest, who shared the importance of their mission with our girls. We walked away inspired, grateful, and excited to continue giving back.

We are so proud to teach our cheerleaders that making a difference in their community is just as important as anything they accomplish on the mat. 💙🤍

All four of our teams hit the mat today for our first competition of the season, and they looked AMAZING! We are so proud of all of our athletes and coaches for their hard work, dedication, and heart!
