Say hello to our Coach Highlight of the Month: BJ Platt!
If you’ve ever been coached by BJ, you already know, she’s the perfect mix of tough love, sharp wit, and genuine heart. She’ll cheer you on, crack a joke mid‑WOD, and somehow still get you to lift heavier, move better, and believe in yourself more.
Behind the scenes, BJ is the glue that keeps CFG running smoothly. Her organization, intelligence, and “let’s get it done” energy keep Barry and Jocelyn on task and on their toes. She’s a powerhouse in every role she takes on.
And, if you’ve ever been in a class with her while she wears her athlete hat, you know she’s an absolute beast and can throw down with the best of them!

☀️ THAT’S A WRAP ON SUMMER! ☀️

10 weeks. Countless workouts. New skills. A whole lot of laughs and probably a little sweat too! 💪🏼

Today marks the final day of our Youth Summer Program, and we couldn’t be more proud of this crew! From day one to today, we’ve watched them grow stronger, more confident, and more capable.

We’re already looking forward to bringing them back in the fall… but first, let’s celebrate an incredible summer! 🎉

Your habits are the silent architects of your life. 🏗️

The small choices you make every day shape your energy, your health, and your future far more than the occasional “perfect” day ever will.

Start by building these foundational habits:
💧 Prioritize water
🚶 Walk 7,000–10,000 steps each day
💪 Strength train 2–3 times per week
😴 Prioritize 8–9 hours of sleep
🍗 Focus on protein at every meal
🍳 Cook more meals at home

Each of these habits provides powerful benefits for your body—from supporting muscle growth and recovery to improving blood sugar regulation, boosting energy, enhancing sleep quality, and lowering your risk of chronic disease.
