We do more than just workout with our Youth Program!
Each day this summer we have a different activity that can include a group walk, yoga, game, and today was nutrition!
Each athlete wrote out a plate method meal of their choosing we voted on the tastiest one!

Congrats to our June Committed Club raffle winner Dolly!
Dolly also achieved her first toes to bar yesterday (and then did 5 more for 6 total!)
We asked Dolly what keeps her coming back and here’s what she had to say:
“It’s the people.
The coaches challenge me, encourage me, and believe in me even when I doubt myself. The athletes around me push me to be better every day. There’s friendly competition, but it’s always backed by genuine support and a team that celebrates each other’s successes.
Then there’s the progress.
When I first started, I couldn’t do a single push-up. Today, I’m doing rope climbs, toes-to-bar, box jumps, and more. Every milestone reminds me that growth happens one workout at a time. It doesn’t happen overnight, it takes time and hard work.
I know I still have a long way to go, and that’s what excites me most. I can’t wait to see where this journey takes me and what’s around the next Crossfit corner.
Here’s to showing up, working hard, and becoming a stronger, fitter version of myself.”
