We are looking for strong, dependable, dedicated, disciplined, and reliable brothers and sisters who understand that building a strong community begins with building strong people and strong families.
We believe in knowledge of self, self-sufficiency, unity, discipline, economic independence, and collective responsibility. Our mission goes beyond one area of training—we are focused on developing well-rounded individuals who are mentally, physically, economically, and practically prepared to protect, provide for, and strengthen their families and communities.
Inspired by the teachings and philosophy of Marcus Mosiah Garvey, we believe that our people must develop the ability to organize, build, produce, own, educate, and provide for ourselves. Garvey taught the importance of racial pride, self-reliance, economic empowerment, education, organization, and building strong institutions that can be passed from one generation to the next.

We are not looking for spectators. We are looking for brothers and sisters who are ready to learn, teach, train, grow, serve, build, and work together.
Our goal is to become stronger mentally, physically, spiritually, economically, and collectively while creating a foundation that future generations can continue to build upon.
