AMIYAH JOHNSON! That street life will eat you alive if you let it. It will suffocate you, tear you apart, and use you until there is nothing left for it to take.
Baby girl, you have your whole life ahead of you. You are worth so much more than the life you are living right now. Running away may feel like an escape, but it is not the answer to what you are hurting from or searching for.
Your grandmother loves you. You have people who love you and desperately want to see you safe. I know there are things you are struggling to accept, especially knowing that your mother isn't coming back. That pain is real, and nothing anyone says can replace her. But you don't have to destroy your future trying to escape that pain.
And those men around you? They don't love you. Someone who truly loves you would protect you, not profit from you. They wouldn't put you in situations that could cost you your freedom, your safety, or even your life. They love what you can do for them and the money you can make for them. That's not love.
I'm not putting this out here to embarrass you, shame you, or tear you down. I'm putting it here because I know you're watching, and I'm hoping these words reach the part of you that still knows you deserve better. Please go home....
And when I find you again, things will be different—not because I want to punish you, but because I'm going to fight to make sure you get the help, guidance, protection, and support you need. Too many people around you have failed you. But please, baby girl, don't give up on yourself too.
You are still here. Your story is not over. You can still turn around. You can still come home.
