Under Contract | Another Family Served!

This one is a full circle moment for me!

A few weeks ago, my client reached out about one of my rental listings. Unfortunately, we had already selected another tenant before she had the opportunity to apply.

But that wasn’t the end of our conversation!

I was able to turn that initial inquiry into a client relationship, learn more about what she was looking for, and help her find another place to call home. And now, we are officially under contract!

This is why I say real estate is so much more than just a transaction. Sometimes the property that brings us together isn’t the property we end up with, and that’s perfectly okay. What matters is having someone willing to help you find the right one.

And just like that, 11022 Acanthus Lane is officially under contract!

After 10 days on the market!

My clients originally came to me with a challenge that we were able to navigate and resolve quickly. From there, they trusted me with one of their biggest challenges yet, selling their home.

This wasn’t a simple situation, and there were some very real obstacles to overcome. But we got to work, developed a strategy, and in just 10 days, we are officially under contract!

This is why I do what I do. Real estate isn’t always about the pretty houses and closing photos. Sometimes it’s about finding solutions, having difficult conversations, advocating for people, and helping families move forward when the odds feel stacked against them.

We still have work to do before we reach the closing table, but today we’re celebrating this milestone!

This is what it’s all about.

For years, this family has been working, sacrificing, and making intentional decisions to bring a dream to life. A dream that required patience, discipline, and a whole lot of faith.

Somewhere along their journey, my client and I connected, and I was blessed with the opportunity to help them see this next chapter through.
