Pro Shop Attendant
The Pro Shop Attendant provides exceptional customer service to golf course customers. Duties include booking tee times, collecting greens fees, resolving customer complaints, merchandise sales, golfer registration, answering multi-line phones, golf outing preparation and ex*****on, assistance with golf cart operation, and must keep the pro shop neat and presentable. Individuals will have knowledge of available merchandise, course conditions, rates, and hours of operations.
Individuals should have prior cash handling / register experience in a retail or customer service environment; previous golf course / shop experience is highly desirable but not required. Must be able to work flexible schedule including weekends, holidays and evenings. This position also requires the ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, or schedule form. Some moderate lifting, bending, stooping, and reaching will be required, as well as the ability to stand and walk for the duration of the shift. Must be over 18 as the position does require selling/serving alcohol.
