I mean, really… how many people can say they’ve written a book in their lifetime? What an incredible accomplishment and something she should be so proud of!

We are so proud of you, Christine Congratulations on becoming a published author! 🎉👏❤️ We can’t wait to see all the amazing things that come from this accomplishment!

Working at the Y has given me a sense of purpose during a season of change. It has provided meaningful connections to serve others. The Y has also inspired my own commitment to health and wellness. Being surrounded by people striving to improve themselves has motivated me to continue my own fitness journey. Being apart of the Y reinforces my belief that a strong community is built through kindness, encouragement, and service.

Christina works for us at the membership service desk, works as building supervisor, works as director on duty. We appreciate all you do for us !

What an incredible day at the Strong Kids Triathlon!
A heartfelt THANK YOU to everyone who helped make this event such a success. To our amazing lifeguards, sponsors, Board of Directors, staff, volunteers, directors, executives, and everyone working behind the scenes—this day wouldn’t have been possible without you.
A special thank you to DJ Rob for keeping the energy high all morning and to the Wayne High School Cheerleaders for bringing so much enthusiasm and encouragement to our young athletes. You helped make the day even more memorable!
And honestly, I think the rain made it even more fun! ☔💙 The smiles, laughter, and determination from our kids proved that a little rain couldn’t stop an amazing day.

It truly takes an entire team to create an event like this, and today showed what we can accomplish when we all work together. More pictures are coming soon, but for now, THANK YOU to our incredible Huber Heights YMCA family. We are one amazing team!

Ymca at the Heights Hurricanes swim team competed at Junior State Meet last weekend and 11/12 girls relays consisting of Kinsley, Addi, Paisley and Mila.  They achieved AAA times and the 200 medley relay 200 free relay 400 medley relay and 200 relay. We are proud of these girls and in and out of the pool. We look forward to a short course season and the next age group to dig deeper and achieve their potential. Go Hurricanes 🌀

Not everyone realizes just how challenging the job of a lifeguard truly is.
Being a strong swimmer is only part of it. Our lifeguards spend every shift constantly scanning the water, staying alert, and putting safety first. They carry the responsibility of protecting others and don’t truly relax until their shift is over. They work hard, stay focused, and yes… they usually end up with an amazing tan too! ☀️
Today, we celebrate the incredible YMCA lifeguards who go above and beyond every single day. Thank you for your dedication, your vigilance, and your commitment to saving lives. We appreciate you more than you know.
