Coach Rob has some strong trainers in his corner for Memorial Day Slider Eating Contest. Who can beat’em? DM to enter.
Whether you are looking to PR your Olympic lifts, or just not hate sn**ches so much, our Olympic Lifting class will help. Coached by Dr. Jessica Crowder (DPT, USAW2), this class will be beginner friendly, and focus on the technical aspects of clean and jerk, and sn**ch. Classes will be on Tuesdays at 6:15 pm, starting June 2nd. Each 8 week course is only $150, that’s less than $20 per session. DM to sign up.
