Olympian, and former Splash Swimmer, Tom Shields was in the house last night. He put on a Dolphin Kick Lab for the team. It was a great experience for everyone that attended. Thanks Tommy for inspiring our swimmers and passing on your underwater knowledge. So happy I finally got my cereal box signed!! 🖤💜

BC Champs meet this weekend. Congrats swimmers on all the amazing time drops!

Spring Age Groups this weekend (formerly known as Junior Olympics. We had a few team records go down the past few weeks that I wanted to recognize. Congrats to Amelie Rosales for taking down a 22 year old record in the 400IM held by Megan Kunert. Amelie also took down her own 50 back record twice in one day at Age Groups! Congrats to Cole McKinney for taking down the 100 IM record which was held by Nathan Fernandez for the past 10 years. Cole also broke his own 200 IM record twice in one day, first in prelims then again in an epic swim-off for consuls! 🔥🔥
