Casparo showed us who he was this horse show HITS Hudson Valley V!! He was a star, A l e x a n d r a and I have had a fair amount of horses over the years now and it always comes up the moment when we truly know our horses and they know us. We know they feel good, they are happy to do what we’re asking and they understand our program. A horse that isn’t wondering whats next or how much is going to be asked of him. The consistency of how we ride, prep and plan is essential to have fun and Crosby is thriving! Crosby loves to show and he loves Ali, he sights in on the plan and says let’s go, we’re going!! Together the two of them had beautiful trips, it really was a recognizable difference between them that this is just the beginning. Congratulations Ali and your extra freckled boy, what a great show and future ahead together!! ❤️✨🎉

As I look at these photos I’m not sure my words are profound enough to truthfully describe the week Addison had with not just Andy. Addison was so confident, every single day and every single trip- she set into the ring with a plan, goals and focus like I’ve never seen. Honey I’m Good is the sweetest pony and tries so hard to meet her where she needs him. They are officially into the Large Children’s Pony Hunter’s and not to be discounted as ones to watch. As I stand aside them it’s hard to not get emotional knowing where we’ve started and what we’ve gone through and where we’re going to go. Thank you Addison for being such a wonderful student and competitor with your ponies, I am a lucky trainer to be here with you. ❤️✨🥰🎉

Oh my goodness Ellie’s smilie will always win hearts!! Her determination in mastering her riding is so special to watch develop. Ellie’s lesson this show was understanding we all need help some days and as Lady became a little wise, Ellie relied on Addison to sort some stuff out. That’s not easy to get when you’re little and love your pony, however, it’s a crucial part of pony training. After Addison gave Lady some really positive schooling rides, Ellie was right back up to navigate the Short Stirrup Hunter division on Sunday. As you can see she was really happy with how it went!! Congratulations Ellie you not only rode beautifully, you made the right call for your pony and your success finishing out the weekend HITS Hudson Valley with outstanding riding!! I’m so proud of you and can’t wait until you’re sorting out Millie’s ponies in the years to come!! ❤️👏✨🥰

Teddy is a pony of a lifetime for these The Calame Girls girls and he knows it. This pony’s personality demands attention, he is so honest and that doesn’t always mean he’s agreeing with our crazy ideas. Addison isn’t quite through with learning everything he can teach her, Scarlett wants nothing else but, to Walk Trot her heart out with him and Millie’s love for him is more than he can handle!! With these three girls fighting over him, Teddy says ok let’s do it all, we won’t be able to forever but, this weekend he’s been the MVP and captures our hearts constantly. Some ponies just fit a family forever and Teddy is one special pony to have!! Congratulations Scarlett Champion Walk Trot, Amelia’s first leadline Reserve Champion and more to come as Addison finishes out the weekend. ❤️🥰✨
