📣 HCA Fundraising for State Fees!
Hi HCA Families!
With competition season underway, we wanted to share a couple of fundraising opportunities available to help families with State fees.
Please remember: State fees are $165 per athlete and are not included in registration fees. Any money your athlete earns through these fundraisers will go toward their individual $165 fee.
🎀 Option 1: Fill My Bow
Athletes can collect support from family and friends using Zelle, Venmo, Cash App, or a personal QR code. Once the bow is filled, turn the money in to your coach.
🍫 Option 2: World’s Finest Chocolate
Each box contains 40 chocolate bars sold for $2 each. $32 from every completed box goes toward your athlete’s State fees. A signed permission slip and check are required to participate.
📅 Fundraising runs September 22 through October 24
💵 All money must be turned in by October 25
Both options are completely optional. Please review the attached flyers, permission slip, and prize list for complete details.
