This month, our Employee Spotlight shines on Ella Dickow!

Originally from San Diego, CA, Ella moved to North Alabama with her family at 13 years old. While still attending Bob Jones High School in 2023, she joined the Rhythm on Monroe team as a Hostess and Server’s Assistant. Since then, Ella has continued to grow in her role and has worked her way up to becoming a Server!

“Working at Rhythm is really unique compared to other restaurants,” Ella shared. “We’re always seeing different groups of people come through our doors with all the different types of events at the VBC. I’m also able to get a lot of experience in restaurant serving and hosting different catered events with buffets!”

Ella’s dedication and willingness to learn have made her a valued member of the Rhythm On Monroe team, and we’re proud to see all she has accomplished!

When she’s not at work, Ella loves expressing her creativity through drawing and painting. She also enjoys spending time and going on adventures with her dogs, Nala and Bruno, alongside her fiancé, Marcell.
