After a full hour of detailed skill work and sports performance training, these guys were still going at each other for an intense game of 1s to end the workout.

Even when their shot didn’t fall, pay attention to the resilience they show. It’s not just about making shots. It’s about how you compete, respond, and keep going when things don’t go your way.

It’s amazing how the game of basketball can bring people into your life at a young age and, years later, allow you to reconnect and continue building relationships that last a lifetime.

It was great catching up with Paul Biancardi ! Grateful for the game, the connections it creates, and the relationships that stand the test of time. 🤝

MIDDLE SCHOOL TRYOUT TUNE UP

Middle school tryouts are just around the corner, and Coach Cam and I want to give players an opportunity to prepare for what to expect when tryouts arrive.

This isn’t just another workout. Our goal is to help players walk into tryouts feeling more confident, prepared, and mentally ready for the experience.

We’ll cover:
• What coaches are looking for
• How to stand out during tryouts
• How to approach drills and competition
• Decision-making and communication
• The mental side of tryouts
• How to respond and carry yourself day 1

We want players to leave feeling like they have a better understanding of what tryouts actually look like, both from a performance standpoint and mentally.

We’re excited to offer this opportunity to everyone who can attend!
