It’s Great Pumpkin Shootout weekend! 🎃💥

WCSS is hosting our home meet at the new New Pioneer Gun Club in New Virginia! Over the next two days, our athletes will compete in singles, doubles, handicap, s***t, doubles s***t, 5-stand, and sporting clays.

A big thank-you to our Home Meet Sponsors, Cambron & Thacker Construction and Phillips Floors, for supporting our athletes and helping make this weekend possible!

Ready to break some targets, cheer on our teammates, and welcome visiting teams for a great weekend. Let’s go, WCSS!

Happy National Coaches Day to the crew that gives so much to WCSS! 🧡

Our coaches give up evenings, weekends, and a whole lot of their own time to help our athletes grow. They teach far more than how to break targets. They teach safety, confidence, discipline, sportsmanship, and how to keep going when things don’t go your way.

We’re so lucky to have coaches who care about these kids, celebrate their wins, help them through the tough days, and make practices and long meet weekends a whole lot of fun along the way.

Thank you to every WCSS coach for everything you put into this team and our athletes. We appreciate you more than you know!

FINALLY a dry night for s***t practice at New Pioneer!

We had a smaller crew, so naturally we turned it into girls vs. boys. A little friendly competition made for a fun night!

Definitely thankful to have this range and the opportunity for our kids to practice advanced disciplines close to home.

Fall SASP is officially underway! 🎯

We kicked off our first pistol & r***e practice of the season today and had a great time welcoming some new shooters to the team!

Looking forward to a fun fall season and watching these athletes build their skills each week. 💥

Muddy shoes, wet gear and a whole lot of fun. 😂🌧️

A few of our WCSS kids headed to Oskaloosa Saturday for MidwayUSA Foundation’s Day of Clays. The weather may not have cooperated, but that certainly didn’t stop them from having a good time!

Even better, the day was all about supporting youth shooting sports and helping build team endowments.

Thanks to everyone who made it happen!
