Get on the water with Paddling Yogini! Other services: all levels yoga and TRX Training. Indoor Pool classes run Fall-Spring at various pools.

Stand Up Paddleboard Fitness and Yoga are offered: Group classes, private sessions, and special events with Certified Instructor Lindsay Lambert. Mobile SUP business offering group + private classes, events & retreats on different bodies of water. Lindsay will travel to your closest water location & provide all equipment + instruction.

A Season Worth Remembering 💙🌊 A few more memories from our final Beaver Lake PaddleFlow class of the season. ☁️✨

The calm water, cloudy skies, peaceful setting, and this wonderful group made it such a fitting way to wrap up another summer of PaddleFlow.

Looking through these photos brings back so many memories from the season—first-time paddlers finding their confidence, returning students continuing to grow, laughter between poses, quiet moments on the water, and so many people choosing to make time for themselves outdoors. 🌿

Every class looks a little different, but the heart of PaddleFlow stays the same: movement, balance, connection, community, and the opportunity to slow down and simply enjoy being on the water.

Beaver Lake has been such a special home for these classes, and I’m incredibly grateful to everyone who spent part of their spring and summer paddling and flowing with me. 💙

Until next season, I’ll be holding onto these memories and looking forward to the day we get to anchor our boards and flow together here again. 🏄‍♀️✨

Peaceful Evenings on the Water 🌊🧘🏼‍♀️ This is exactly what I hoped PaddleFlow at Illahee would feel like. Calm water, beautiful evening light, movement, stillness, and a group of women taking time to slow down and enjoy being outside together. 💙

There’s something so different about practicing Yoga and Pilates on a paddleboard. The water adds another layer of balance and core strength, but it also has a way of encouraging you to breathe a little deeper, stay present, and simply enjoy where you are.

I’ve loved watching this new Kitsap County location come to life, and I’m so grateful for everyone who has already come out to experience it with me!

We’re getting late in the paddling season, so classes will continue as weather allows.

Paddling the Sound with Kylo 💙🌊 This is his third summer paddling on his own board and tagging along as my board buddy while I teach classes. As he gets closer to 8, I’m so proud of the little paddler he’s becoming.

Until now, almost all of his paddling has been on lakes, so watching him adjust to the bigger waves, deeper water, and saltwater of Puget Sound at our new paddle spot has been pretty amazing. He’s learning how to read the water, stay balanced, maneuver his board, and just keeps getting more confident every time we go out.

I love that something I’m so passionate about has become something we get to share together. 🏄🏻‍♂️🏄‍♀️

A New Chapter for Paddling Yogini in Kitsap County! 🧘‍♀️🌊

Eight incredible women joined me today for my very first All Levels PaddleFlow class at Illahee State Park!

The forecast gave us overcast skies, cooler temperatures and even a few minutes of sprinkles, but this group wanted to paddle — so we bundled up, embraced the Pacific Northwest weather and got on the water. 🏄‍♀️

Thankfully, the water was wonderfully calm, giving us the perfect setting to paddle, anchor our boards and flow through Yoga, Pilates and mindful movement together. 🧘🏼‍♀️✨

Seeing eight women out there enjoying their boards, challenging their balance and strength, and then ending class peacefully floating on the water was such a rewarding way to launch this new location.

Kitsap County, I think we’re going to have some fun together! 💙

PROOF THAT ADVENTURE HAS NO AGE LIMIT! 🌊💪🏼🏄‍♀️ Meet Linh—74 years young and one of the best examples of what consistency, determination, and a willingness to keep trying new things can do!

Linh has been working with me for almost two years, and watching her journey evolve has been so rewarding. We started on land with yoga and TRX at One Mind Yoga, and this spring we decided to take her training to the water. She hasn’t looked back! 💙

Over the last three months, Linh has completed 7 private SUP sessions, started attending my group PaddleFlow classes, AND joined me for two outdoor Pool Paddleboard Yoga classes. 🧘🏼‍♀️🏄‍♀️

With every session, I’ve watched her build strength, balance, skills, and most importantly, confidence. She continues to challenge herself, try new things, and show up ready to learn. At 74, she is such a wonderful reminder that there is no age limit on getting stronger, learning something new, or having new adventures!

One of my favorite things about teaching is working with students of all ages, abilities, and experience levels. I meet you where YOU are and help you progress toward your own individual goals. Your journey doesn’t have to look like anyone else’s—you just have to be willing to start. 💙

Late Summer Calm with PaddleFlow 💙🌊 Eight amazing yoginis joined me this morning for at Beaver Lake! ☁️✨

The weather was on the cooler side, but the lake was beautifully calm, giving us peaceful conditions to settle into our practice and enjoy some time together on the water. There’s something so refreshing about starting a Saturday with movement, fresh air, and a little self-care surrounded by nature. 💙

As the season starts to wind down, I’m soaking up every one of these mornings on the lake and all the wonderful yoginis who continue to join me week after week. 🌿

No SUP or yoga experience is required! We begin each class on shore to learn the basics, paddle out together, anchor our boards, and enjoy a yoga- and Pilates-inspired flow on the water. You just need to be comfortable in open water.

Private PaddleFlow sessions are also available by request.
