Radio Board Operators (JACKSON) - responsible for ensuring client advertising is played between broadcast breaks and that broadcasts play in entirety.

Requirements & Qualifications:
Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Reliable, punctual, and able to work Friday's thru October and possibly carry into Basketball season.
Basic computer skills and troubleshooting abilities.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
Previous radio or audio production experience preferred but not required.

Key Responsibilities:
Operate studio control boards during broadcasts.
Monitor audio quality and broadcast signals.
Run commercials, station IDs, and programming according to logs.
Troubleshoot minor technical issues and report equipment problems.
Assist with audio production and recording as needed.

We're looking for a mechanically minded, fabrication-oriented problem solver to join our team. This isn't a position limited to sitting at a desk and producing drawings. We're looking for someone who can hear a customer's or facility's problem and help take the solution all the way through:

Problem → Concept → 3D Design → Proposal → Fabrication → Installation

You'll work closely with our welders, fabricators, construction project managers, customers, and field personnel to develop solutions that can actually be built and installed.

5+ years of applicable experience preferred. A degree or technical education in mechanical/structural engineering, drafting, design, manufacturing, or a related field is a plus, but strong real-world experience matters.
