Power and staying power creates ultimate strength and control. Time under tension is key. You can either work in reps such as 1 - 3 etc per set or max out per set

Wednesday Drills 6pm
Learn daily practices, terminology, mobility inprovers, and gain control (great for beginners)
Friday flow 7pm
Learn sequences, accents, communication, best practices, and get get creative! (All levels although coming to wednesdays are beneficial)
