As they start going over, remove the legs, switch your hips, control the arm and transition straight into the armbar.

She was one of my first students when Juggernaut was nothing more than a few mats inside a CrossFit gym. Susan played an integral role in helping us find the place we call home today.

She’s watched Juggernaut grow from the ground up, and along the way, she became an important part of what we’ve built.

WHAT A NIGHT FOR JUGGERNAUT. 🥋🥊

Nate Lowe and James Ragukonis stepped into a Combat Sambo tournament tonight and both put on impressive performances, each finishing their opponent by rear naked choke.

Couldn’t be happier with the way these two represented Juggernaut BJJ and Juggernaut Fight Club. They stayed composed, trusted their training, and got the job done.

Huge thank you to Coach Michael Angelo for putting in the work to prepare these guys, and to all of their teammates who helped them get ready. These performances are never just about the two people competing. It takes a room full of training partners pushing you every week.

And thank you to everyone who came out tonight to support Nate and James. Having the Juggernaut crew there behind them meant a lot.
