Friday night rolls with

This place means a lot to me… and it’s because of the people in it.

Everyone comes in for their own reasons, but somewhere along the way it turns into more than just training. People look out for each other, push each other, and genuinely want to see each other win.

It’s not something we try to create, it just happens when you’ve got the right group on the mats.

If you’ve been thinking about starting, just know… you don’t have to have it all figured out.

He’s become a huge part of the team here. Not only an amazing student, but also helping coach the kids and striking classes.

What stands out most is how he handled adversity. Coming back from an injury and showing up stronger than ever says everything about his mindset.
