Had a good sparring session with World Champion Alex Mancillas of Team Jean Paul Mitchell (JPM) at Red Dragon Martial Arts . He won our match in Ft Lauderdale FL. 2 years ago and went on to fight Bailey Murphy for the finals. Keeping up with these guys is hard yet also a lot of fun.

Hi everyone, we need your help! We're looking to re-home some very sweet kittens. We play with them everyday so they're very social and used to people, we will also provide food.
