First and foremost, I thank God for His grace, guidance, and faithfulness throughout this journey. Without Him, none of this would be possible.

Honored and grateful to officially earn my U.S. Soccer A Youth License.

This journey challenged me, pushed me outside of my comfort zone, and helped me grow not only as a coach, but as a leader and mentor. From my experiences as a professional and international player to now coaching, my goal has always been to continue to grow, pursue excellence, and help young athletes reach their full potential both on and off the field.

Less than 1% of coaches in the United States obtain this coaching license, and even fewer have combined it with professional and international playing experience. For this, I am extremely humbled and grateful.

To me, this is only the beginning and the next step in my journey. I am inspired and motivated to continue striving, learning, and growing to become the best coach and mentor I can be for our youth, while continuing to help grow the game in the United States.

My commitment remains the same: to serve others, inspire excellence, and help develop the next generation through the game that has given me so much.

Thank you to my family for their unwavering love and support throughout this journey. I would also like to thank my instructors, colleagues, players, and everyone who has played a part in my growth and development.

Florida Legends FC is proud to be an official MLS GO League Partner for the 2026/2027 season!

Powered by Major League Soccer and led by former Major League Soccer player and professional international Tony Taylor, MLS GO provides boys and girls ages 4–8 with a fun, inclusive, and professionally organized soccer experience focused on skill development, confidence, teamwork, and a love for the game.

Players will proudly represent their favorite Major League Soccer clubs while wearing official MLS GO jersey kits, creating an exciting and authentic soccer experience throughout the season.

⚽️ What an unforgettable Memorial Day weekend at the ESPN Wide World of Sports Complex in Florida! 🌴☀️

The ESPN Memorial Day Soccer Tournament brings together top teams from across the nation, creating an incredibly competitive environment where every game challenges you to rise to the next level.

But what stood out most wasn’t just the competition—it was the growth.

FLFC U16 Boys Premier Sunshine, U14 Boys Premier Sunshine, U14 Boys Premier FSPL and U13 Boys Premier Sunshine showed resilience, determination, and true teamwork all weekend long. From battling through tough matches to celebrating big moments together, they represented what it means to be a team both on and off the field

We are incredibly proud of every player for their effort, heart, and sportsmanship throughout the tournament. This weekend was about more than results—it was about competing with purpose, embracing the challenge, and growing together.

At the ESPN Memorial Day Soccer Tournament, our FLFC teams competed against some of the top clubs from across Florida, the nation, and internationally—and represented Florida Legends FC with pride.

🔥 U12 Boys Premier advanced to the Semi-Finals, showcasing resilience, quality, and determination throughout the weekend.

💪 U11 Boys Premier and U10 Boys Premier also delivered outstanding performances, narrowly missing advancement on goal differential after competing at a very high level against top opposition.

More important than the results was the way our players competed—with character, teamwork, passion, and commitment in every match.

We are incredibly proud of all three teams and the progress they continue to make. The future is bright. 💙⚽️

Our FLFC U11 Boys Premier and U10 Boys Premier teams competed with determination and were crowned Champions, while U12 Boys Premier and U9 Boys Premier finished as Finalists after strong tournament runs.

Our U8 Legends gained valuable experience and continued their development in a great learning environment.
