Pre-Kicks Preschool Kickball gives children ages 3–6 the chance to learn, move and build confidence through play. Each week features age-appropriate activities that introduce the fundamentals of kickball while developing coordination, balance, teamwork and more.

🤼 New to wrestling? This is a great place to start!

TRAC’s Youth Co-Ed Wrestling program gives kids in grades K–5 the opportunity to learn wrestling fundamentals through age-appropriate instruction and drills.

Along with learning skills on the mat, wrestlers will work on strength, coordination, confidence, discipline and good sportsmanship.

Boys and girls of all experience levels are welcome!

Keep playing this fall with the TRAC Doubles Tennis League. Grab a partner and enjoy weekly matches with multiple levels of play so you can compete against teams at a similar skill level.

🏀 Calling all 4th & 5th grade boys - basketball is up next!

The October session of TRAC’s 4th & 5th Grade After-School Sports program is Boys Basketball! Players will work on basketball fundamentals, improve their understanding of the game and build teamwork while staying active with friends after school.

Youth Co-Ed Wrestling is coming to TRAC! Open to boys and girls in grades K–5, this program introduces young wrestlers to the fundamentals of the sport in a fun, safe and supportive environment.

Participants will learn basic techniques, stance, movement and mat awareness while building strength, coordination, confidence, discipline and sportsmanship along the way.
