Training Beyond the Track 🛼⚡️

A huge thank you to JD for coming in and spending time with our Team Velocity skaters for a recovery and nutrition session!

Our athletes got to learn more about proper recovery, nutrition and how taking care of their bodies can help them perform at their best.

These are lessons that go far beyond one practice or one race. Building better athletes means teaching them how to train, recover and fuel themselves the right way.

Today’s practice was all off skates, with the team putting in the work away from the track. Different drills, different challenges, same goal — getting better together.

No laps today, but plenty of work still got done. 💪
