Legacy Athletics is proud to have Coach JT on our coaching staff. With more than 20 years of gymnastics coaching experience, JT brings exceptional knowledge, leadership, and a passion for developing athletes at every level.

A former competitive gymnast, Coach JT began coaching in 2002 as a USA Gymnastics competitive coach. His impressive background includes serving as Head Coach of the El Salvador National Team, earning NGJA Men’s Gymnastics judging credentials, and owning and operating a successful men’s gymnastics club in Florida.

Throughout his career, Coach JT has trained athletes from beginner to elite levels, with many advancing to collegiate gymnastics. He has also directed numerous camps, clinics, and competitive programs, earning a reputation for excellence in athlete development.

At Legacy Athletics, Coach JT is committed to building confident, technically sound athletes through proper fundamentals, safe progressions, and positive coaching. His goal is to help every athlete grow in skill, confidence, and character while reaching their highest potential.

Just a reminder that Legacy Athletics will be closed next week, August 10-14, to give our athletes and families time to settle into the first week of school.

Summer is coming to a close, which means it's almost time for our Legacy Athletes to head back to school! We want everyone to have a smooth, stress-free first week as they settle into new routines.
Legacy Athletics will be closed August 10–14, 2026, and we'll be back in the gym the following week, ready to work hard and kick off an awesome season together!
