One of the biggest shifts in my healing journey happened when I started paying attention to what was going on in my inner world. It’s easy to focus on everything happening around you and never stop to look at what’s happening within.
Instead of only paying attention to my circumstances, I started paying reactions, pattern, fears, habits and my thought process. That simple shift changed a lot for me.
Awareness doesn’t change everything overnight, but it does give you a choice. A choice to respond differently, to grow, and stop repeating the things that keep you STUCK.
Sometimes the answers we’re looking for aren’t around us. They’re within us.

Healing is not about positive quotes, self-care days , or moving on.
Sometimes healing looks like realizing why certain things trigger you so deeply. Why you keep repeating certain patterns. Why some situations affect you more than others. A lot of growth starts with self-awareness. Not to judge or shame yourself. Just to understand yourself better so you can stop living from old wounds and survival mode.
That’s part of getting unstuck too.

You know what I’ve noticed with a lot of people who come to me for coaching? They’re exhausted. Not just physically. Mentally and emotionally exhausted. They’ve been in survival for so long that stress, overthinking, people pleasing, emotional burnout, and feeling disconnected from themes has started to normal.
I hear a lot of things like:
“I feel stuck.”
“I don’t know who I am anymore.”
“I want peace.”
“I just want to feel like myself again.”
Part of why I do this work is because I know what it feels to become disconnected from yourself.
That’s big part of why I started incorporating forest bathing into some of my coaching. I don’t mean intense hiking or climbing mountains😅. I mean intentionally slowing down in nature. Getting out of the constant mental noise. Putting the phone away for a bit. Breathing deeper again. Learning how to be present again. Sometimes people don’t need more pressure or another self-help checklist. Sometimes they need space to slow down, process life, reconnect with themselves and finally hear their thoughts again.
I know I completely changed my life, but you don’t have to sell everything, buy a camper and disappear into the mountains to find more peace. Sometimes peace starts with small things:
Better boundaries.
More send-care.
More honesty with yourself.
Slowing down long enough to reconnect again and again.

Stop changing direction every time it feels uncomfortable. You say you want to get unstuck but you keep leaving the path the moment it gets hard.
Self-love is not giving on yourself there.
