This example could (or maybe should) spark a lot of debate on the effectiveness of bottleneck cartridge restrictions that some states have. BTW...have you heard what Michigan's NRC has done in regards to this topic? If you're a Deer hunter, there have been some significant changes in Michigan as of recent.
