K-Team Martial Arts

Another amazing session at K-Team!

A huge MAHALO to bright_beginnings_esl_hawaii for coming to K-Team and learning martial arts with us! It was so much fun having you all on the mat. You did an incredible job learning new movements, listening, participating, and most importantly HAVING FUN!

And a special shoutout to our K-Team students, Zeddicus & Zangief Kreis, for representing K-Team, helping with the class, and demonstrating some of the movements. We are so proud of you both for being great role models and sharing your love of martial arts with others!

🦈 BABY SHARKS | Ages 4–5 🦈

Little kids, BIG foundations!

For our Baby Shark parents, here are 5 important things we focus on in class:

1. Safety First
Learning how to move safely and confidently.

2. Listening Skills
Learning to listen, follow directions, and stay engaged.

3. Body Awareness
Understanding how their bodies move, balance, and coordinate.

4. Confidence
Building courage to try new things, make mistakes, and try again.

5. Discipline & Respect
Learning to respect coaches, teammates, and the mat.

These little lessons become BIG skills that go far beyond the mat.

Strong foundations start young! See you all at K-Team!

Tournament is done and time to go back to work!
K-Team Teens class Tuesday and Thursday at 6-7pm.

K-Team is more than a gym it’s a second home. A safe space where kids can be themselves, grow with confidence, make lifelong friends, learn respect and discipline, and always know they belong. Together, we support one another like family because the strongest communities are built through kindness, encouragement, and teamwork. We’re not just teaching martial arts we’re helping shape the next generation.
