One month from today, Diana and I will be in beautiful Tulum, Mexico, kicking off our 10th SoulFIT Retreat with an amazing group.

We can already picture that first evening together. Everyone gathering for an incredible rooftop dinner overlooking the Caribbean Sea, enjoying amazing food, getting to know one another, sharing stories, and taking in the beauty of where we are.

And that's just the beginning!

Over the next few days we'll be enjoying the beautiful beaches, workouts at Tulum Jungle Gym, bike rides, great food, lots of laughter, and time together growing in faith and building friendships.

We actually filled all of our original rooms, but our hotel graciously opened up a few more for us!

One of the things Diana and I love most about SoulFIT Retreats is the friendships that are created! ❤️

We've watched complete strangers arrive at a retreat and leave with friendships that continue long after everyone returns home.

The laughter, the adventures, the conversations, and the moments when you can see the Lord working in someone's life.

Diana and I have always believed that fitness is about so much more than what happens in the gym.

It's about becoming stronger physically, mentally, and spiritually.

That's a big part of why we created SoulFIT Retreats. ❤️

We wanted to bring people together in beautiful places where they could step away from everyday life, grow in their faith, experience new adventures, and build genuine friendships.

And watching what God has done through these retreats has been such a blessing!

There's something pretty incredible about being surrounded by people who genuinely want to see you succeed. ❤️

This is one of my favorite things about SoulFIT Retreats!

One of the experiences at our Tulum retreat this November will be taking the entire SoulFIT group to the legendary Tulum Jungle Gym.

Diana and I have trained here before, and recently showcased it on SoulFIT TV.

Its like a Flintstones Gym 🤣.
