"Everything BODYBAR, hallelujah!
A full hysterectomy a few years ago had me in a rut. I was doing what I’d always done, but no longer seeing results. My daughter invited me to a Pilates class and I was hooked immediately. BODYBAR was the answer to what I’d been needing in this new phase of life.
I retired from my 32 year career as a high school math teacher last May. Now I get to start my morning taking classes rather than teaching classes and I love it. The instructors, classes and everyone here are amazing. I’ve definitely found my new happy hour place." Lindy
